Art-Related

Q: How do you come up with your fancharacters?
A: The look of a character always comes first for me. I always design a character's appearance before I do anything else. Once I have the face, body, and clothes down, I come up with a personality. Names usually come up randomly. I'll be doodling a random character, and some random name will pop up in my head. That's how I name them, seriously. Though I think that it's my subconscious at work naming characters for me. Maybe it knows something about my characters that I don't. *shrugs* Oh well! It's all worked out so far!

Q: Who was your favorite fancharacter to design?
A: Probably Natalie from my online story Princess Records (originally found in my Code: Lyoko fanfics on FAC!!). I really went all-out with her character design. I wanted to make an outfit that screamed, "Cosplay me!!"

Q: How do you come up with the crossovers you do?
A: I don't watch too many anime. That gives me plenty of time to truly get to know and love the characters of each series that I do watch. I guess it's just a mix of knowing characters well and having way too much time on my hands.

Q: What's been your favorite crossover to work on?
A: The Naruto Disney Princesses, hands down.

Q: You mostly use markers, right? What brand do you use?
A: Prismacolors. I've started to use Dick Blick, too.

Q: I have some constructive critique for you. Do you mind?
A: No, not at all. Feel free to post it as comments on the piece of work (unless otherwise noted in the pic description).

Q: I just have complaints/want to tell you how much you suck. What about that?
A: I'd rather if you sent that as a personal note. The last thing I want is drama on my page.

Q: How did you develop your style?
A: I copied the styles of my favorite artists and added my own twist to them.

Q: Which of the NDP is your favorite?
A: You know how Snow White was Walt Disney's first work? It was said to be his favorite because of that. For that reason, "Konan as Mulan" is my favorite.

Q: Have you ever thought about doing anime crossovers with movies other than Disney movies?
A: No, not really. I'm only interested in Disney.

Q: Could you include [insert random Disney movie here] please?
A: I only do what I want to do. If you want to see that movie crossed so damn badly, do it yourself. (Seriously, for the love of Jashin, STOP ASKING ME THIS. It's ridiculously annoying and I'm tempted to block all the people who ask this.)

Q: If you don't include [insert random animated movie here], I'll stop watching you! How would you feel about THAT?!
A: Frankly, My Dear, I don't give a damn.

Q: Are you going to make anymore NDP?
A: MAYBE. What I will tell you is that Tiana from "The Princess and the Frog" will get a "Naruto" counterpart. I can guarantee you that, but I am NOT telling you who it is. I have lots of ideas right now, and I want to wait until I see the movie to decide. I know that December is a long time to wait, but it'll be here before you know it. As for any other characters, again, the answer is MAYBE. (So stop asking me!!)

Q: I have a great idea for a new NDP! Would you like to hear it?
A: If you have a SUPER AMAZINGLY AWESOME idea, you may send me a note telling me about it. HOWEVER, there is no guarantee I will accept your idea. Please don't take this personally. Remember that this is MY project.

Q: I want to help you with NaruDisney! Can we be partners?
A: No. NO. NO. Seriously, this is probably the most annoying question I've ever gotten. I made the first twenty crossovers by myself. I intend to do future ones by myself as well. (But you can still send me your suggestions!) *see above*

Q: Why don't you ever ask me for help with NaruDisney? I can help you come up with new ideas!
A: Why is everyone so set on making more NDP?! Can someone explain that to me?! Why can we not be happy with the twenty we've got?! *facepalm* Alright, here's the deal: I only ask my IRL (in real life) friends for help with NaruDisney. If we don't talk face-to-face, on Skype, on Facebook, or anywhere else but DA, the chances of me asking you for help are ZERO!!

Q: So does that mean I can do my own anime/Disney crossover? Even a "Naruto," "One Piece," or "Soul Eater" one?
A: Hey, I'm not the first person who ever crossed Disney over with anime. You can draw whatever you want. I won't be offended or come after you if you start your own crossover, really. You can show it to me, too. I'll take a look at it if you want! I'll give you my thoughts and feedback the same way you do for me.

Q: Why didn't you include [insert anime character here] for your crossover?
A: Because I found no way that particular character could have played a role in any of the movies. I have nothing personal against any anime characters, really. If you'll notice, even some of my least-favorite characters ever were crossed into Disney films! So the reason that I didn't put a particular character into my crossover is simply because it didn't work. I am very sorry if your favorite character didn't make it as a main character into one of the Disney films, but I am not going to change a whole cast just to fit your favorite character in there. It's not happening so don't ask.

Q: What's up with the NaruDisney videos? Do you make them? Are you making more?
A: First of all, the NaruDisney videos on YouTube are made by the lovely, ever-so-talented, extremely generous ~HarukiLaBaka. She made them as a tribute to my work. She will make twenty videos, one for ever movie, and once "The Princess and the Frog" premiers, I would hope she'd make one for Tiana's counterpart, too. I have nothing to do with the making of the videos other than supplying the artwork. How they are organized is entirely up to Haruki. If you want to know more about them, ask her.

Q: Can I make a video, too?
A: I don't see why not. You may want to run it by Haruki first though. If you do make one, I'd love to see it!

Q: What are your favorite couples? You change them all the time.
A: Yes, I do, I know. However, some things never change. My favorite yaoi couples of all-time are still ZoroxSanji (from One Piece) and LeexGaara (from Naruto). Other favorite yaoi couples include ZoLu, SasuNaru, ItaSasu, KakuHi, OroKabu, ShinoKiba, NaruSai, KakaGai, KankuKiba, SasoDei, JiraOro, DosuZaku, NejiLee, and ShikaChou. I’m sure there are plenty of others though. As for Het, I really like LuNa, Frobin, ShikaTema, NejiTen, ChouIno, NaruHina, AsuKure, JiraTsu, and SuiKa. A: Yup, still am. I’m just obsessed with SasuNaru, ItaSasu, and NaruSai at the moment.

A: Hmm...I don't have a favorite; it's a three-way tie. In one of the towns that borders mine (there are three), there is a Malaysian restaurant called "Taste of Asia" and an Indian place called "Begum Palace." In another town that borders mine, there's a Japanese restaurant called "Mitsuba." Those are my favorite places to eat. I don't eat fast food.
